  • FIMWeb is the central hub for accessing UIC’s official space inventory, floorplans, campus maps, facility archives, and related documentation. The system supports data-driven decisions in space management, planning, and reporting.
  • FIMWeb documents over 16 million square feet of gross space and 10.4 million square feet of assignable space across approximately 200 campus buildings, encompassing nearly 50,000 individual rooms. This inventory is maintained by Facility Information Management (FIM) and updated regularly to reflect current space usage and assignments.
